Verify Eligibility
Ensure your hair extensions are in their original, factory-sealed packaging with all security ties intact, as we cannot accept products that have been brushed, worn, or chemically treated.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is documented and protected.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
